California SUBSIDIZES The United States for up to $8 BILLION per year! Even with all of that disaster relief, California is still subsidizing the USA!

Largest agriculture producer in USA--$18 BILLION!

California is the 3rd largest of the 50 Republics in the USA, with 1,264 miles of coastline, a land area of 155,973 square miles, and with 2,407 square miles of inland water.
(California is comparable in size to Japan and Sweden)

A DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE FOR CALIFORNIA

Complete Text of Declaration is Now Available!

When in the course of human events, It becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bonds which have connected them to another...A decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes for which impel them into separation...Which necessity now compels the people of California to alter our current political bonds with the federal government of these United States. The said, an agent of the fifty Republics of these United States...The history of the past and current administrations of the federal agent is a history of injuries and the usurpations of the constitutional compact between the people of the California Republic and the federal agent...
We, The People of California, submit to the world the following injustices, amongst others, committed by the federal agent of these United States:
For the usurpation of its constitutional restrictions against abridging the people's rights of speech, the press, and the free exercise of religion.
For violating the right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, businesses and committing unreasonable searches and seizures.
For erecting a multitude of new bureaucracies and sending swarms of their agents to harass our people and to tax our people out of their substance.
For abolishing our most valuable laws by unconstitutional edicts by the federal judiciary.
For the federal legislature's usurping of power from our own legislature by issuing unconstitutional edicts to legislate for our supposed benefit.
For conscripting California citizens to fight in undeclared, foreign wars and for not providing a truthful accounting of why some of our citizens did not return to our shores.
Therefore, we, the people of California, by our representatives assembled, declare that in order to form a more perfect Republic, establish justice, insure domestic tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general welfare, and to secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves, our children, and future generations. By necessity, hereby, declare our independence from the federal agent and from these United States. The California Republic has resumed our position among the nations of the world.

Henceforth, the California Republic is a free, sovereign, and independent nation. With the full powers to conclude peace, contract alliances, establish commerce, and to assume all rights and responsibilities due to a free, sovereign, and independent nation.
